Instructions For Use

To help lose weight and reduce waist, it is recommended to wear the girdle between 8 to 10 hours a day. This garment is worn like active underwear underneath any type of clothing (from body-tight fashions to loose/baggy fashion styles) without the shapewear garment showing through underneath your regular clothing. For a better fit, it is recommended to initially use the shaper during two hours a day while your body adapts to it, and to increase this time once you feel more comfortable with the garment.

When putting on (or taking off) the garment, be careful not to scratch the garment with nails.
Place the garment around your waist, with the top edge of the cincher under the bust area. Make sure that the black soft cotton lining is facing the inside towards your body, while the pink side of the garment is facing the outside.
Close the hooks into the eye closures, starting from the bottom and working your way up to the top. Make sure that the garment is centrally positioned and use your belly button as a reference.

Garment Care

The garment can be hand washed in cold water with a mild detergent or soap. Do not soak the garment, as leaving it for a long time in water can damage it. Do not use bleach. After washing, do not wring or twist the garment to get rid of the water residue. Instead, pat the garment dry. For drying, the garment should be air dried in the shade. Do not put the garment in the dryer. Do not iron.

Recommendations

This garment is worn as an undergarment and it will not show through clothing.
It is recommended to initially use the garment for 1-2 hours a day while your body adapts to it, and to gradually increase the duration of wear as you feel more comfortable with the garment.
It is not recommended to apply any body cream or oil prior to wearing the garment as this will cause the fabric to deteriorate.
As you may wear your garment everyday or frequently, it is recommended to have two garments to enable you to always have a freshly clean garment, while the soiled one is being washed.
